Kirsten Singleton

Kirsten has over 15 years experience working in human resource management and business management roles within a number of Tasmanian and mainland businesses. 

She has a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in human resource management as well as a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

She started Singleton Consulting & Training in 2002 with the aim of supporting Tasmanian businesses and the wider community to create success through their people.    

Nadine Szlapa

Following a wide ranging career in office administration in the real estate industry, local government and small business, Nadine joined Singleton Consulting & Training in 2008 as Administration Coordinator. 

She is responsible for managing the office and providing support to the rest of the team working with clients.

Jacqui van der Niet

Following several years as a trainer/assessor with a number of Tasmanian businesses, Jacqui now focuses on her passion - working with individuals and groups as they develop their knowledge and skills.  In her early years Jacqui was employed as a Library Technician and then moved into office management roles. 

She has a Diploma of Business, a Diploma in Library and Information Services as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.  

Frances Schouten

Frances has over 15 years experience working within the vocational education and training sector in Tasmania, with considerable experience in developing, delivering and managing training and assessment programs to both the public and private sectors.

Frances specialises in delivery of qualifications in Business, Frontline Management andHuman Resource Management.  Key program areas include:  Leadership Skills, Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, and Customer ServiceSkills.

Frances has a Bachelor of Business, together with a Diploma in Business (Frontline Management), a Diploma in Training and Assessment Systemsand a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
